How do you add, subtract, multiply and divide 1 2 3 25 75 100 to get 313 ?
One thing stands out about 313: it's 626 divided by 2, and 2 is one of our numbers. 

Further we have that 626 is (25 * 25) + 1.
Hence the solution is:
313 = (25 x (75 / 3) + 1) / 2
